The Wingman: Let's Get Creepin' Comedy Tour

Starring

"The Wingman" James Holeva

featuring

Teri Lee Granahan

Comedy that gets you laid!

He's a professional Wingman, and tonight he's your Wingman.

"The Wingman" James Holeva is a high class player who is paid to help people get people laid and he's your wingman for the night as he presents a night of interactive comedy featuring his uncouth adventures and expert creepin' advice while living by the mantra of "aim high but take anything."

You'll hear all about his crazy bitches and other eccentric characters like Steve (a gravelly voiced white kid who thinks he's black), The Flame (a heavily tattooed body builder who wants to share his works of body art with the world--or at least The Wingman), his pitch perfect Charlie Sheen, and of course, his creeping-impaired clients.

The audience is just as much a part of the show as The Wingman lends his guidance, and of course hits on every girl in the crowd. He's got to set up his post show festivities.

On the "Let's Get Creepin' Comedy Tour" you'll hear all about the dirty things that you're really up late thinking about, and even learn something. In a segment called "Creepin' With The Wingman," the crowd will be able to write down their questions on all things creepin' -- getting laid, sex, dating, relationships, etc. -- and The Wingman will answer them on stage. Meanwhile in the "Creepin' Case Study" portion of the show, he'll bring a girl on-stage and give a no-holds barred interview that will provide you scandalous insight into the mind of a broad.

Holeva wrote, starred in and produced "The Wingman" TV Pilot, has provided his insight on many television and radio shows including 97 BHT's syndicated segment "Wingman Wednesday," and his book "The Wingman Chronicles" will be out in 2012.

Let's get creepin'.

Teri Lee Granahan, a Pennsylvania native, grew up as the middle child in a humorous Irish Catholic home. Sparring constantly with the likes of her incredibly funny father and siblings, unknowingly proved to be a beneficial training. This genetic gift for making people laugh would fortunately compensate for her average academic standing of a solid “C” student through her educational years.

While the fact that Teri was not voted "Most LIkely to Succeed" came as no real surprise to her, she never expected to be voted "Class Clown" and "Most Funny" by those same schoolmates. This combination opened her eyes to her truly unique road to success, a career in comedy.

Years later, having graduated college by the skin of her teeth, with a degree in communications, (mainly because her father told her she “wasn’t going to school for theater“… Teri figured Communications was close enough!) she relocated to New York City with dream in hand …and a few borrowed dollars from her father. There, Teri Lee secretly took the Stand-up stage (while holding down the day job, Dad! ) in 2000 at a NYC underground club called "Surf Reality." She found that, although a comedy virgin, (30 year old virgin- her father should be proud!!) making people laugh came naturally and felt astounding! She realized then,  her chance for accomplishment came in the space outside the traditonal "9-5" box.

Teri found genuine encouragement and positive feedback , through the humbling and notoriously arduous journey of bringer shows-- (which are shows where aspiring comics beg 10 -15 "friends" to pay more than they have to see their buddy wrangle with the art of "being funny" for 5 long minutes and endure a dozen other comedy cowboys trying to hog tie a few jokes before being rewarded with a pro comic for sticking it out!)-- from the likes of Ted Alexandro and Jim Gaffigan. It didn’t take long before she finally broke through in 2003, winning NY Comedy Club's "Best New Talent" award. And other stalwart pros such as Dave Russo began to take Teri under their wings, where she was quickly snapped-up for the opening slot of Dave Russo's college tour.

Some of her other credits include: opening for national headlining comedians such as, Joe Matarese (Comedy Central), Wali Collins (Comedy Central and a zillion commercials), Chris Monty (Letterman, Joan Rivers) and Dave Russo (Boston Comedy Festival Winner, E!'Wanye Newton's The Entertainer), to name a few ; an appearance (by three quarters of her left profile) on MTV's Apartment 2F starring the Sklar Brothers; interview on Power Radio sharing her wisdom about “The Power of Comedy in Sales” with Scott Kegler, and a regular in a host of east coast clubs and colleges.

June 2010 marked a poignant career highlight for Teri Lee - Eternal “C” Student. Her years of perseverance finally came full circle when she landed a coveted feature spot (opening for Dave Russo)  at Gotham Comedy Club, as seen on Comedy Central. This was her first professional (as in paid!!!) performance in New York City, not to mention IN THE BEST comedy club in NYC. (Not a %#@&, candy stripe bringer show anymore, Dad!) Her friends showed up anyway!

Teri Lee has transformed her struggles as a woman pushing 40, a lifetime underachiever, and an artist pursuing the “unrealistic dream” into a hilarious blend of clever, dark, semi-sweet comedy. Teri’s stature as "one to watch" in the comedy world continues to grow. And although she may have received only Cs in school, Teri Lee earns straight As in the world of stand-up, a pursuit her father now finds difficult to contest.
